My complaint:
We can NEVER get an appointment for a plumber on the weekend. I have had to go the entire weekend without the use of our toilets.
The people that answer the phones for intake are so uninformed.
Suggested solution:
There should be around the clock plumbers and access should be available on the weekends.
Hire competent employees for intake from customers
