American Home Shield complaint: microwave replacement

My complaint:

I am entitled to a microwave replacement for a broken microwave. The microwave is available, but the trim kit is backordered. they keep telling me my claim is closed and trying to get me to take half of what it will cost me to replace at retail. I want the microwave to be installed when the trim kit becomes available which GE says is the end of the month. But how will they keep track if they have closed the claim, they want me to request service again at an additional $125 . Their service is horrific and I’ve escalated but other than one email they will not respond to my replies.

Suggested solution:

they need to keep th claim open and replace the microwave
