My complaint:
I am a premier customer of AMC I was standing in line with no one in the line in front of me or behind me. The was a family in the regular line. The manager walk over and called to help the people in the other line before me. I asked her what the policy was, she said that they wait on 2 premier persons and then the others in the regular line. I told her there was no one in front of me and you did not wait on me. Her name is Marisel she is one the managers there. Please have someone speak to her about customer service.
Suggested solution:
Speak to your management team and tell them to treat everyone the same. This is affecting AMC 's business. I frequently attend this location.
