My complaint:

Tonight, 5/24.23, I was enjoying “Are you there, God? It’s me, Margaret” when the manager came over to me, about 30 minutes in and said that she had received complaints that I was talking too much and disrupting the movie. She threatened to “throw me out without a refund.” I was so shocked and upset that I couldn’t enjoy the rest of the film for fear that my natural reactions would get me kicked out. There were about 5 other people in the theater, two of which were talking loudly and frequently. Now I was laughing and giggling and was exuberant, but I was NOT disruptive. I have NEVER in my life ever been treated like this in a movie theater and I have been going for over 4 decades. I was so angry that I left before the end. The people who complained should be ashamed of themselves and the manager’s treatment was completely uncalled for. I would like a FULL REFUND and I will never be going back to AMC Bradenton 20.

Suggested solution:

FULL REFUND
