My complaint:
The 30g packs the seals are too tight that when tou try to open them the seal breaks away from the back of the pack
Suggested solution:
Compensation after loosing tobacco out of the packs or atleast solve issue with the seal
Tobacco is expected sive enough that packaging shouldn't be faulty
