My complaint:
Sunday, October 10, I pulled into CCE gate on the Resident side but the Amazon truck was in front of me rather than being on the Guest side. On the weekends the gate does not have a guard but there is a Kiosk. The driver sat there, blocking the Resident side, for 2-3 minutes. When I honked the horn he did nothing. I honked again and he looked out the window. I told him to back the truck out and go to the Guest side. He did not. When I yelled out the window to move to the Guest side because now there were at least 3 cars behind me on the Resident that could not move, he yelled Fuck You. He finally backed the truck out and was moving to the Guest side. When I passed him he yelled out the window, Fuck You again.
