My complaint:

My Reference Number: 56234776 (as was stated by Amazon)
I’m writing because my Amazon account (kirill38241008@gmail.com ) was deactivated once again for the same reason: sanctions against people on occupied Ukrainian territory by the russians. It is an error and my account is on hold illegally! I already proved that I’m Ukrainian and stay on Ukrainian-controlled territory (see “Screenshot.jpg”).
I’m waiting for more than a month for a response, but Amazon is just ignoring me. I kindly ask you to review thoroughly all evidence of my disassociation from Amazon’s restrictions.
I am a citizen of Ukraine, and my account cannot be restricted due to Russia’s recent military actions in Ukraine.
I live in Zaporizhzhia (it`s Ukraine and always was). To this I provided my Ukrainian passport as my current government-issued identification. Also I attached my recent Utility and my Card statement in Zaporizhzhia city that my current residence.
Amazon has already violated a number of human rights and Business Solution Agreement which I signed while registering my account. And, as you know, under U.S. law you cannot accuse a person of the same thing after I have proven my innocence.
I have lost my business, my workers are not able to find other jobs now because of unemployment in the country. Most of the people have lost their homes and are starving.
In the meantime, Amazon is ignoring my attempts to resolve the issue.
It’s completely illegal not to recognize the city where I live as Ukrainian. This contradicts all Ukrainian laws and international law in general, since the whole civilized world recognizes my Ukrainian passport and my citizenship.
I would be extremely thankful for getting back access to my account as soon as possible and supporting me and my nation by reactivating my account, since I am a full-fledged Ukrainian citizen living on its territory. Because I can’t help the army and Ukrainian economy without my business.
