My complaint:
We were watching Tennessee Christmas movie on Freevee and it kept kicking us out of the movie when it was down to the last 5 minutes of the movie. It showed a countdown and then started a new program. We reloaded and restarted it 4 times and it kept doing the same thing. We were unable to see then end of the movie
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem or we will cancel our Prime/Max subscription.
