My complaint:
I was going to watch Kin (an Irish tv series) on my Smart TV. I searched it and it showed me Kin on the search—Only when I went to play it, I got a completely different show with Asian actors—the title is the same, but it’s not the show I wanted. This is FALSE advertising.
Suggested solution:
Put the actual show on. don’t advertise something that doesn’t exist. If you can’t play a show due to region restrictions, then don’t advertise it.
