AliExpress complaint: seller sent goods after canceling order

My complaint:

The order was cancelled on September 14, the unprofessional seller sent the order on September 17, three days after the order was deleted. Order was cancelled as was unable to supply in timeframe that they advertised. Was a month later after purchased date. Only NON-PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES do this. I hoped that Aliexpress is a professional and responsible company. Have disputed with Aliexpress which were no help!!

I have requested a refund of the entire amount paid to the third party seller in the amount of $1,558.41 NZD – this is the only way to make dishonest sellers understand that they have to respect customers wishes when they cancel an order because you couldn’t supply by the advertised date on the original purchase. TRULY AN UNPROFESSIONAL DISHONEST COMPANY!!

Aliexpress seem to be supporting unprofessional company . Under Aliexpress statutory rights the cancellation order says client can cancel at any time once you have paid and until the seller makes the shipment. We followed this and cancelled 3 days prior to shipment yet we are unable to get a refund or anywhere with Aliexpress. In opinion many sellers on this platform are dishonest and fraudulent.

Suggested solution:

We should have received a refund because we cancelled the order. Not our problem that the seller decided to send 3 days later! Aliexpress should honour there terms and conditions.
