My complaint:

I made an order back in Nov 21 for a custom made dress and a cape for a wedding but the seller did not send it on time I tried contacting customer service for over a month so I cancel the order but no help was received and then when order was over due the seller said the factory was on fire I contacted customer service again to cancel again but the seller sent the order to another country then customer service allowed me to open dispute because the seller was dishonest and then the seller sent an unwearable dress and never sent the Cape the dispute since then (15012022) still not processed with technical issue it’s been over 8 months and never get anything but fake promises it will be solved soon for my loyalty as a customer for over 10 years this is absolutely not professional or acceptable

Suggested solution:

I need full refund I never received a wearable dress or a cape
