My complaint:
I have ordered a mobile phone on Ali Express, The seller has delivered non compliant device which held by custom and custom is not releasing it, still I have not received the product. The product have invalid IMEI numbers the IMEI numbers are also not registered in GSMA, When I told to Ali Express its seller about there non compliant device and proceed dispute request for refund my amount then seller has accepted that they deliver non compliant device and seller is telling to Ali Express that if we refund the amount and custom release the product then customer will enjoy free of cost, I clearly told to Ali Express and seller that custom will not clear these types of devices(non compliant) at any cost because I have all efforts done for custom clearance but they said sir it is non compliant device we can not clear and not give to you. Ali Express is totally supporting to its seller instead of customers. Ali Express is doing fraud. Ali Express has finished the dispute and release the amount to it’s seller. I have again proceed an appeal to Ali Express but don’t believe for Ali Express will fare.All evidences are also attached. Kindly help me to resolve my problem. Regards.,
