My complaint:
Car Fuel Tank Cap for Mercedes Benz – it arrived unmounted and even though I properly mounted it when I removed from the car it would fall apart, dso it is a deffective product and I filed a complaint demanding money back guarantee. It wa sdenied because the seller stated that I had many other bad reviews and Aliexpress for the first time denied me a refund of a broken item they sold me – it seems Aliexpress has changed, I buy alot from them everyday and now I feel I am not safe anymore and feel that justice must be done since I am very honest and whenever I had a problem with a product they would immediately refund me because I am a serious excellent buyer. Not anymore!
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund, they should not demand I return the item since it would cost me more than the price I paid for it and the only return this item deserves is the trash bin.
