My complaint:

aliexpress tracking indictate that parcel has been delivered to my local post office, but it is wrong, by the way Aliexpress carrier CAINIAO tracking indicate that parcel not delivered to customer, I open dispute on aliexpress website , provide my proofs they close my open dispute, I made an APPEAL provide my evidence, they refuse to refund me and close the case, I asked to the seller to refund me, he don’t care….what can I do more to get my money back?
