My complaint:

The following is my order number is 8156557080155524. My purchase was a total of USD 44.20 but I received 2 text notifications of my bank (Commercial Bank of Qatar) telling me that I was charged for 44.20 USD twice. And logged in to my bank app to clarify my doubt and to my disappointment, it is true that aliexpress charged me 88.40 USD, instead of 44.20USD. This is the first time i feel like i am scammed. my brothers stopped purchasing in your app because of this problem, he experienced this with you before and when it was for the second time, he deleted your app and chose SHEIN and Alibaba instead. But for me, i give you benefit of doubt. But sadly it is now my time. Please stop doing this to your loyal customers.

Suggested solution:

reimburse my money and put it in my aliexpress account. if not possible to transfer my money back to my bank account.
