My complaint:

I placed an order for 4 pieces of underwear on November 1 on AliExpress with order number 8157233429765263. The package arrived in my town on November 16. The logistics company refused to deliver and asked me to pick them up at his warehouse. It took almost an hour to travel from my place to the warehouse by car, and they are only open from 10am to 1pm Monday to Friday. And I have classes from 9am to 1:30pm Monday to Friday. Obviously I couldn’t pick up the items. So I filed a refund request with AliExpress on November 17, but AliExpress rejected my refund request and asked me to contact the logistics provider for pickup. I think AliExpress is unable to supervise the merchant for delivery and refused to refund, which seriously harmed my interests. I request AliExpress to give me a full refund.
