My complaint:

My online order was altered because the bread I ordered was out of stock. The associate Bayete, who pulled the order didn’t get my response to substitute and was no help at all at pickup. His suggestion was to go inside for the 3 loaves of bread and stand in line, which is precisely why I ordered online…to skip the line. He then sent the manager (whose name I didn’t get) out and he was even less helpful. We’re talking about 3 loaves of bread at .95 each for a grand total of $2.85.

Suggested solution:

They should have gone in, grabbed 3 loaves of bread and put them in my back seat, or at least offered some sort of consolation. Instead, the manager was rude and completely unhelpful. I have shopped at ALDI for years and years and I'm always able to look past the small issues. This really rubbed me the wrong way because of how easy it would have been to resolve. I'm sure you don't care (at least that's how it feels) but I'm done shopping at ALDI if there is no offer of a resolution. It seems like management changes regularly so maybe it really doesn't matter to anyone because by the time they actually have to deal with a customer who is unhappy, they are already on to another store or another job. I hope this isn't swept under the rug because I enjoy your stores, but I fear that such a small dollar amount will be looked past...I hope I'm wrong Thank you for listening.
