My complaint:
I am a regular at your store and I love the people that work there! Today one Staff member was stocking and he told another to go help check us and our told 2 of us to go to LANE 3. We both unloaded our groceries on the belt and waited. This staff member who ALWAYS has a chip on her shoulder walked up to the lane looked at the lady who meekly looked back at her and she turned and walke back down the same isle to slowly put items on the shelf! We waited and waited and i finally got another staff member to get a staff member to shake us out. IT DOESNT end there!!!! After we both had checked out and were bagging our groceries this lazy rude staff member came to the same check out lane and sent the other checker away. I glanced up in disbelief and the rude gal with huge chip on her shoulder out and out glared at me and i kept looking at her to speak but she just stared with her “dead bitch face” stare. I wish I could say this is the first time it has happened and I have seen her do it to others and also avoid checking groceries. She does this because she can get away with it i think
Suggested solution:
She should be FIRED. She is Large tall with a huge Afro and chip on her shoulder. I don’t know her name but I am a friendly and don’t have enemies and the way she disrespected the little meek lady in front of me today infuriated me. Plus the bold defiance of the superior who had to her to go to the new check out lane. It’s a small store… she will not be confused with any other staff members there.
