Albertsons complaint: sick and tired of dealing with the app

My complaint:

What used to be an enjoyable experince to go grocery shopping has become an aggravating waste of my time every single week. Am sick of having to go thru the app , make up my list , write down the prices ,juggling my phone while trying to shop, scanning products that won,t scan and then when I get to the register I have to question charges that don,t match up with the price on the app and then go to customer service to fix it and get my money back.This is nothing to do with the employees, but really, is this acceptable? And then the shelves are always empty of sale items so all this app work is a waste of my time.

Suggested solution:

Get rid of app. Everyone I talk to totally hates it.Dont care about rewards after the aggravation of dealing with this.
