My complaint:
So as I calmly entered the store, a manger that goes by the name of “ abandio” was beyond the civil standard of rude. I picked up my items that was beyond less then 10 dollars, and proceeded to the front of the store, with skateboard, IPhone, remote, food, with ZERO EFFORT OF HELP of any kind. He rudely told me to “go – leave – ignore me!” With my hands full! Leaving wasn’t the issue. The issue is HOW,TO,TREAT, A, FREQUENT, CUSTOMERS. He made the anoncement over the intercom that the store was closing. I tired to tell him my headphones are on my ear, with my iPhone and grocery list. He argued to me about my headphones, which made absolutely nooooooo since or any kind of connection to the matter, on WHY DO YOU LET ME IN THE STORE…but insistently DENIE ME SERVICE. ITS OVERLY OVERLY RUDE. And I made my way to the front and he had stunt down the register and simply yelled. That comes to a surprise to me, especially during the holidays, I mean, handle the pressure bro! So after finding out I waisted my time. I said fine. I’m going to complain. I don’t think it’s fair to let customers in at 10:50 and decide NOT to service there groceries…INSIDE. IT. MAKES. NO. SINCE.
Suggested solution:
Just let me pay for my groceries, when I’m inside. Don’t let me in at 10:50pm then deny me at 11:00pm. Makes no since, I’m in the store! Give “manager 4 a pep or something. “ remind him that, with Kroger…customers are always first.” I was a clerk in Huntington and Bolsa Chica. I’ve seen older women with better attitude. Have some class. Have some sort of manners if your having a bad day. Don’t put your issues on the paying customer, INSIDE your business. “HANDLE THE PRESSURE BRO”
