My complaint:
I was approaching a rgister for a price check. I suddenly slipped (my right foot) and threw the top of my body to the grocery counter to stop frim falling. The cashier looked at me like I was WHACKO ! I looked and there was about 4 tbsp of dressing that caused it. I had twisted my back to keep from ending up in a FALL ! Noone was concerned about me. Had I not raised the alarm, they would not have even wiped it up. The previous customer had said he dropped his dressing and had to go get another. The cashier KNEW he dropped it. They do not view safety as their job ! I was supposed to be contacted by someone but I have not gotten a msg so you ALL view safety as IGNORE the person that may have gotten hurt and show no concern !
Suggested solution:
They should have had more concern for someone that may have been hurt ! They HURRIED and wiped the floor when I said “THAT is why I slipped!” and took a pic of the CLEAN FLOOR. Dirty dirty dirty !
