Alaska Airlines complaint: Mislabeled lost luggage

My complaint:

We flew out of Detroit Michigan where three of our bags were labeled to a random person with a their destination. When we got to Alaska we found this out because only our sons bag made it and was labeled right. When we went to baggage claim they told us that the bags were miss labeled by Detroit and that they’d try to find our bags. We’ve spent two days calling fairbanks ak baggage claim for updates and every person we speak to says oh yeah they’re in Seattle and are on the next flight today. We will call you when they’re in. It’s the third day now and still no call even after we left messages for updates.

Suggested solution:

We want our luggage back. We want to at least feel like somethings actually being done instead of each person acting so confused to how it could have happened and then promising that they'd be one the next flight and then never call or return our messages.
