My complaint:
I was on plan going from LAX to Sea Tac. We change plane 3 times in LA. I watch my luggage go up on the plan open with the bag man put my red shoe back in my back. I went to counter and told the agent my bag is open and hope my belong are still in there. I file my claim and was denied.
Suggested solution:
Have my belonging replace. I sent the receipts
