AJIO complaint: Wrong product received and AJIO didn’t receiving return request

My complaint:

Regarding my AJIO order- FN7267402248, I’ve raised several complaints to AJIO, several times about this order. However, I still didn’t receive any help from the AJIO Team or get any solution. They are simply saying that we shipped correct item and can’t help with return request. Sometimes simply cutting my call while i am communication with customer care. Is this a approach to handle customer?

Issue-
I’ve ordered 2 dresses from Yufta. And received one item(non branded, price tag is missing on that product). So I raised a return request.
Received refund of 1 item(out of 2 items, this item was less price, so i think, they refunded me amount of this item). And for the other item, the return order was raised by AJIO.
Shared images of the wrong item to customercare@ajio.com, now that return request got cancelled saying AJIO has shipped the correct item. and AJIO can’t take return request for that item.
What should I do? I’ve received the wrong item. As a customer, I didn’t get the product I ordered. If AJIO shipped the correct item and the customer received wrong item, then is it a fair deal that, customer has to bear the loss?
Please suggest some better solution and help here. Looking for your revert.
