My complaint:
I have purchased two air tickets from Sharjah to Delhi and return from Cochin to Sharjah for my family on 05th January to travel on JUL’20 month .But due to Covid-19 situation they cannot travel. i requested to refund ticket amount as cheque or cash intead of credit note.
Suggested solution:
refund through either cheque or cash
