My complaint:
I booked 5 return ticket from Amman to HBE fot my parents and sister.They are sick and were not able to travel and I cancelled the tickets 5 -6hours after booking due to their circumstances as one of them is a cancer patient (documented). While booking I read the policy for cancellation and it showed that specific amount would be deducted and the rest will be refunded. Unfortunately, after a month my bank informed me that they deducted the money and no refund.When I contacted the air lines they mentioned no refund policy, and only a credit towards future flights. In our case, I can’t garntee future travel mote over they were not transperant enough to mention this before booking. So frustrating. Please help
