My complaint:
AfterPay took funds from 2 purchases that were not processed with the merchant. The merchant ed there’s no partnership nor affilliation between them and AfterPay and this is most likely my orders were not processed. AfterPay is still advertising this merchant on their website and claiming they are in fact, partnered. I’ve contacted the Merchant numerous times and they told me since no order was processed, there’s nothing for them to do. Despite the multiple failed attempts in reaching out to AfterPay via email and phone, I have received no response and they continue to hold $400.00 USD worth of products from my bank account.
