My complaint:

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am extremely disappointed by the problems and inconveniences caused by Aeroflot.

I was supposed to fly from Mhachkal to Moscow on the 27th of November at 14.40 (copy of ticket attached). I had booked the ticket for this time so that i would have plenty of time to catch my flight at 11.50 pm from Moscow to Bahrain .

However the flight was delayed 3 times, and another 40 minutes in the tarmac with no reason given making me miss my flight to Bahrain.

When i tried to speak to their office in Mhachkala they had closed the door and were not seeing passengers (thus i had no option to make alternative arrangement.

Accordingly i had to buy a new ticket for EURO 1106.84, not only did i have to buy a new ticket but had to sit in Moscow airport for 12 hours, as a diabetic patient i am sure you will understand that it was extremely difficult.

Attached are all copies of tickets and delay announcements.

I have reached out to Aeroflot since but have not got a proper answer . They just said i should have bought a flexible ticket. There was no reason for me to buy a flexible ticket as i was not planning any changes and secondly since i would be considered a no show passenger due to Aeroflot , a flexible ticket would be of no use

They should compensate me for the ticket i had to buy at the last minute and also compensated me for all the inconvenience they caused
