My complaint:
I got a shoe few months back and it worn out , and I got the exchange, same thing happen to new shoes and I returned it back within warranty period but now they says it’s mesh is wearing out and it is not covered in the warranty, mesh was not cut not broken it was opening.
Secondly in the slip it’s clearly written that warranty covers the material but retailers says mesh is not the material
It costed me 50 k Pakistan rupees and it worn out in just 2 months
Addidas pakistan is really producing third class shoes and and I think they are selling factory defective material.
I m fed up of Addidas product as in 4 months 2 x shoes worn coz of poor quality
Suggested solution:
They should accept the exchange or refund me immediately
