My complaint:
I brought a pair of trainers from co firmed adidas and the box arrived open and empty so I reported it to them in June 2023. They refused a refund so I opened a dispute with my bank but they declined it as there was a photo of the package in my porch. So I reached out to adidas again I have been promised a refund every day for the past 7 months but yet nothing. I chase them and I never get a response or my money. This has caused my children to be left with nothing for Christmas as I am a single mum working hard to be able to provide just the necessities
Suggested solution:
I just want my £200 refund and to be honest after being lied to for 6 mo the compensation
