My complaint:

The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered a pair of sneakers on April 30, 2019. When they were delivered they were left on my porch with no signature required. I would figured for a product that cost $325.88 that signature would be required so then I would be able to pick up the product or either sign for it once it’s delivered because I am and that’s an expensive product. But no they were left on my porch for hours before I even got home and once I was there nothing was on my porch. So for the last 3 weeks I have been getting the run around from Adidas as well as the carrier telling me there is nothing they can do about. As well as a customer service rep named Sean advising me it was my fault that I wasn’t home to receive the shipment which is absurd to me. I’ve contacted adidas at least 15 times and spoken to at least 2 supervisors and they’re just telling me I’m out of my money and it’s nothing else that they can do. I don’t feel like that’s great customer service especially blaming me for the situation. I am very upset because no one is trying to help me and I want either the shoe replaced or my money back because this is not fair being a customer. If one of the reps were in my shoes I know they would be just as upset that I have been. I have cried because this is not just a little bit of money that I can just say oh no worries, something needs to happen and this needs to be resolved.
