My complaint:

Activision CASE NUMBER 15545072 ———-Around June 6 2021 at GameStop I brought CP 5000 points but Activision system for some odd reason will not allow me to use them , I contacted game start who then sent me to Xbox live I contacted which gave me the runaround with about three cars there then finally someone said it was the game developer activation that had to approve the reward points that I bought because Xbox live CDs on my account that I bought the items , but they can’t do anything about it activation must activate those points for me , so I’ve been getting the runaround for three days from Activision , Activision asked me to send pictures of the receipts they asked me for my Activision ID my Xbox name tag my Xbox email my name and many other private things unnecessarily , in which I did give them , to show my proof of purchase , this is my 3rd day waiting but all I get is another request if information needed , today I get a email that I need to show more info from a rude customer worker who online keeps adding more request questions day after day , it’s been 3 days now! They have my store receipts my Xbox ID my Activision ID my name my address my phone number Pictures of activision excepting my credit for the items information from Xbox showing I bought the items and showing that I haven’t been able to use them there’s nothing else that I can give them but they keep finding different things unnecessary tediously to ask me for! It’s a shame ! I asked fir refund but no answers have been given to me ! Case number 15545072 ! Please call me 414 2020625 leave name and number to contact you .
