My complaint:
On the 9th of August I received a Ban on my account which was clearly a mistake as I have hundreds of hours and hundreds of dollars invested into that account so clearly would never cheat on it. I appealed but reading things online showed that no matter what Appeals are always rejected. I haven’t found a single case of an appeal being successful. This to me proves that they do not review things in person at all and simply don’t care. I’ve never cheated in any game before and to be permanently banned, told I cant appeal and just have to deal with it is absurd. Account name is Evil Potato2, Battle.net is DJBennyD.
Suggested solution:
They need to be held accountable, a real person has clearly not reviewed my case because any idiot watching 2 minutes of my gameplay or looking at my stats could see that I'm not a cheater. I want them to unban me, plain and simple. please let me know any further information that is needed.
