My complaint:
Activision allows unfair shadow banning on their games due to spam reports from less skillful players on Modern Warfare II. I like many others have experienced this multiple times and its becoming a problem. I have paid for my game, to be unfairly shadow ban for days or weeks at a time due to their report system which allows users to spam the reporting feature and allow their software to flag you for an improper ban. This needs to be addressed as it is a fine line between theft on their end.
Suggested solution:
FIX YOUR REPORTING FEATURE TO ALLOW ONE REPORT PER PLAYER.
