My complaint:
Hello there,
recently i have been shadow banned for second which also means my account is under review for potential violation from past week and still i have no such information which can define the exact date or time of uplifting the ban
i have paid for the game, they are not reveling what sort of potential violation i made which made them to put my under review
it had happened earlier also and i came out clean
because of this shadow ban i am unable to play game in normal server with my friends
please help me out
Suggested solution:
i want my account to go back to normal so that i can have good gaming experience and they should disclose the violation as well as a date at which it will be solved
also stop giving unnecessary bans again and again
