Activision complaint: I did not receive what I purchased

My complaint:

After a month and over two weeks of waiting for Activision to respond to my case and help me, I’ve yet to receive anything other than information available through one google search which is disheartening as it doesn’t quite feel as though the company has done any research into the problems of their consumers or into how to solve them. How can you claim to offer support options but offer them 3-5 businesses day after you’ve asked for support and thats if you’d even call them “Support Options”
