I’d like to make a formal complaint
I am writing to you regarding my account to be unband along with removal of the HWID ban that has been put on my pc for the game title callofduty.
as you can see I have attached a document from the computer company that built my PC.
On the 17 January 2023 i received my pc by post shortly after unpacking and setting the pc up I was banned. I tried making other account Assuming this would rectify the issue . I will attach the account details that need to be unbannd.
Further more I would like a manger to call me to discuss this issue.
As I earlier mentioned these are the accounts of which need to be unbanned so I can continue playing your game as i feel and can provide evidence I have done nothing wrong nor have I broke any rules .
I also feel that the customer service I have received has been nothing but appalling regarding this matter failure to comply with this request will start in legal action to sue as i have gathered sufficient evidence while also having witnesses to testify that no malicious software has been installed nor has any rules or data breaches broken .
