My complaint:
My CODM account was hacked through line app, which i don’t use and I got a mail from Activision support as my FB account was used for multiple logins. But there was nothing happened as I login through Activision account. Later on 18/08/23, as I was playing suddenly there was a pop-up showing, account was operating from different location, please the account. After that I responded to the mail I received from Activision support through their WhatsApp no. As I provided all the required info..they started asking for personal gmail account and provide the password of the same. They said it is required, to delete the access to account by hacker, but instead they completely hacked everything , even my FB account and Activision. Suddenly my phone started to reboot and everything gone.
Suggested solution:
I need immediate refund for the account. As I had funded in game for 4 yrs around 4500$.
