Acorns complaint: 4820 ON HOLD FOR OVER 60DAYS

My complaint:

A direct deposit was send to my acorns from bank of the west, acorns said the amount was too high and restricted my access to the $4820 and said they will have to return to ODFI in 1-3 business days, its been over 2 months now and every attempt to talk to someone is met by a wall, the indian CSRs dont understand English and can hardly read, I’m so tired I dont know how to get my funds out.

Suggested solution:

Release my money immediately or return the funds, they are busy earning interests on funds withheld
