My complaint:
I deposited 2.6 mBTC and received 100 free spins as a bonus associated with this deposit. I won roughly 4 mBTC from the free spins and continued playing with my original deposit in order to satisfy the ridiculously high 195.3 mBTC rollover requirement.
I managed to accumulate over 120 mBTC while satisfying the rollover requirement. My withdrawal request was cancelled and over 117 mBTC was removed from my account. When I questioned this, I was referred to their terms and conditions which list the maximum payout from No Deposit Bonuses as 4 mBTC.
I continuously attempted to point out that the bonus I received was associated with a deposit and therefore not a No Deposit Bonus, but the company is unwilling to acknowledge their error.
Suggested solution:
Return the funds and approve the withdrawal.
