My complaint:
I am a VIP lever 8 player at 7bit casino and that is no easy task. Yesterday around 7 pm I requested a withdrawal for 0.14 BTC, and now it has been 28 hours and still no sign of my BTC. They won’t respond to my emails and if they do answer me on their chat service they tell me they sent my speed up request to the financial team, but I am in a queue and need to wait my turn. They aren’t 28 hours backed up on payouts! That’s a load of crap. They just want me to cancel my withdrawal and I am not going to do it. This happens every single time I withdraw from this casino. I’m through with is crap, and will never play in this casino again, but I want my withdraw first!
Suggested solution:
Pay me the money/BTC that I have rightfully won!
