My complaint:
I was wrongly accused of fraudulent activity after I made my second withdrawal request after talking back-and-forth with them when I had a deposit that was pending because it got stuck in the Blockchain. You cannot steal bitcoin, or use other peoples accounts. It’s almost impossible. And that is the only way that I have deposited into my account. I have completed every wager requirement asked me. And then when it was time for me to cash out when I had a huge amount, they took it from me. It is wrong.
Suggested solution:
Return all my money and winnings.
