My complaint:
Hello I am in the account holder at 7-bit casino and when I went to go exchange my comp points the exchange rate said 1.05 for every comp point and I exchanged 100 of my comp points which said it totaled to $105 US dollars but after the exchange the casino only gave me 1.05 US dollars instead of the amount I was given before the exchange when I contacted customer support they told me that their website is wrong and they have to fix that because the exchange rate was supposed to say 0.001 US dollars for every one comp point instead of 1.05 US dollars for every complaint and they never fixed it so I only ended up with 1.05 US dollars even though the screenshots I have before the exchange and after the exchange state that I was supposed to receive 105 US dollars they are not honoring to what their website was advertising for the exchange rate this is why I’m here complaining because they should have to honor what it told me before I made the exchange I’m not the one that made this error on their website I’m just the one that seen that I was supposed to get 105 US dollars for every 100 comp points at the exchange rate it said of 1.05 USD for every one comp point they refuse to fix my inconvenience or even give me back my comp points or give me the rest of what I was owed to begin with

We can resolve this by giving me my 105 US dollars that I exchanged with 7-bit casino at the exchange rate of 1.05 USD for every one comp point I had exchanged and I exchanged 100 comp points which you can see totaled to $105 they need to honor what their website told me before the exchange even after the exchange the exchange rate says that is successfully exchanged 100 of my comp points at the exchange rate of 1.05 US dollars for every one comp point totaling to 105 US dollars
