My complaint:

I made a large deposit into my account. I began to play baccarat and the second hand I hit a big bonus. I then left the game and entered the chat to see what I needed to wager to be able to withdraw. After the rep. Closed the chat and I re-entered another chat, I was informed 3× my deposit. I left my phone for about 10 minutes, came back to the game to see I had been logged out and my account is disabled. I have been emailing them all day with only automated responses. Since my account is disabled I am not able to reach the live chat feature. PLEASE HELP!!!

Suggested solution:

They should unlock my account associated with fomyree@gmail.com. With all my 13mbtc still in my account.
