My complaint:
I bought online from your store and paid $22 for shipping to canada. NOthing was mentioned about charging such a high duty fee. there was a check box stating duty fee is customer’s responsibility , but your responsibility is to let your customers know that you actually charge such a high amount – for a 170$ item you are charging $92 for duty and already charged $22 for shipping. Is this the way you treat your customers ? I have shopped from armani , zara , mango ,banana republic – not a single company ever charged me a dollar amount for duty fee – and ayes all of them shipped from a different country including USA. It is shameful to see how you treat your customers.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back. I do not want any business with 7 for all mankind.
