My complaint:
I was shocked to see that the 5700points in my account all of a sudden showed 38 points. Unfortunately, no email or text was sent to me to warn of the possible loss of points due to 90 days of inactivity. Please in the future could you please give me a courtesy email or text to let me know of expiring points.
Suggested solution:
I spoke with Paula 7-11 Customer Service Representative this morning she restored 5,000 points, but I lost at least 700 points due to no notification. I really would like them to read my complaint and make the appropriate notifications in the future. Thank you and have a great day.
