My complaint:
I took boiler cover for £4.99pm. Engineer came to do the service next day received email from technical department saying i need pump change if not changed the cover will not be valid. I paid the money after two days the pump was changed system did not start engineer spent three hours could not fix it. After that he made three visits said in the end they will refund money next day received a call from a man called Mohammed said I will be compensated. Since then I send them email followed by four reminders but failed to get reply. .
Suggested solution:
They can at least tell me if I will be compensated or not. I need email answer for my record as I am still without heating.
