My complaint:
My boiler broke down and called out a engineer from 247 home rescue and had to pay £95.00 up front the next day the engineer turned up looked at boiler told me a part had gone and said he would order it ,I had a call from them the next day and I was told the part was not covered so ive got to pay £300 to get it repaired .I took out the cover in march and it covered parts and labour doesn’t say which parts are covered and which aren’t
Suggested solution:
I would like them to honour there contact and repair it
