My complaint:
I am writing this review as a warning to others after having a terrible experience with 1xbet. I have been a loyal customer, but their customer support team has been completely useless.
I made a deposit on August 2nd, 2024 (Account: 594691413, UTR: 458102671771), but the money never showed up in my account. And to make matters worse, I didn’t even get a refund!
When I tried to get help, the support team just gave me generic responses that didn’t make sense. They asked me to wait 14 banking days, which I did. Then, they asked for my bank statement, which I provided multiple times. But even after receiving my statement, they couldn’t resolve the issue.
To add insult to injury, they asked me to wait another 14 banking days! When I asked what would happen after that, they couldn’t give me a straight answer – either on the phone or through chat support. Their responses were vague and unhelpful.
The support team’s behavior was appalling – rude and clueless. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing or how to help me. It’s clear they’re not equipped to handle customer complaints.
This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and now I am placing very less bets on 1X bet. If they don’t get their act together, they’ll lose all their customers.
I am planning to use all the screenshots and call recordings against them if I don’t get my money ASAP.
Suggested solution:
I need Rs 2500 in damages credited to my betting account.
