My complaint:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my account with the following details:

Registered Email: masummondol1282@gmail.com
Account Name: Mehedi Hasan
Despite submitting all the required verification documents as requested, my deposit along with my winnings has not been released. I have fully cooperated with every verification requirement and provided all necessary proof and documentation.
The most concerning issue is that I have not received any response to my registered email for the past 20 days. I have been sending emails regularly and keeping proper records of my communication attempts. Unfortunately, instead of resolving my issue, I have been continuously ignored and subjected to unnecessary delays.
There has been no update, no clarification, and no progress regarding my case. This ongoing silence and lack of action is highly unprofessional and has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience.
I would like to emphasize that I possess all relevant proof, including submitted documents and email communications. I respectfully request an immediate investigation into this matter and the release of my funds.
